Who is Keara Sullivan? What is The Keara Sullivan Substack?

Keara Sullivan is, first and foremost, someone who feels very odd speaking in third person. I’m a standup comedian and writer based in Brooklyn, NY. You may know me from TikTok, Twitter, or my notorious reputation. At the end of the day, I am but a humble, 25 year old white woman trying to find herself in the big city - a personal narrative that’s yet to be explored in media. I created The Keara Sullivan Substack (originally named Aspiring Indie Darling) with the aim of filling that cultural void. I think of The Keara Sullivan Substack as the “homepage” of my internet presence. It’s the place where I can share my full analyses, quips, observations, qualms, and prophecies without any time or character limit.

I try to post long form essays ideally once every 4-6 weeks. I say ideally because I am very lazy. During the gap between long essays, I try to post at least one Keara About Town essay, which is typically shorter. I hope my writing makes you laugh.
